Adjustment of Standard Terms and Conditions Prices for Broadband Products
Starting October 1, 2026, the price listed in the Terms and Conditions for all currently marketed MagentaZuhause products will increase by 1 € (gross). For all fiber-optic products, the price listed in the Terms and Conditions will increase by 2 € (gross). For MagentaTV SmartStream, the monthly surcharge will increase from 17 € to 20 €.
Extensions and Adjustments to Top Landline Promotions
What remains are the low-cost introductory months. When signing up for a new MagentaZuhause plan in sizes S–XL, the minimum contract term starts at €9.95/month for the first three months. The same terms apply to fiber-optic post-launch promotions. For fiber-optic pre-launch offers, the rate is €19.95 per month for the first three months.
In addition, customers who sign up for a MagentaZuhause or fiber-optic plan and choose the corresponding paid rental router will continue to receive a €100 router credit. To receive this, customers must redeem the cashback or credit themselves via the MeinMagenta app. The credit must be redeemed after receiving the first bill and within 2 months (62 days) of the plan’s activation. The credit will appear on one of the next Telekom bills. Cash payouts are not permitted. Customers will also receive instructions on how to activate the credit via the MeinMagenta app on their order confirmation. More information on redeeming the credit is available here.
The €100 online bonus also remains available for online orders placed by broadband customers.
