How do I receive my credit or cashback?
Did you order a tariff with credit, cashback, or hardware from one of our partners? The process for receiving your promotional bonus may vary depending on the partner and the promotion. Check your emails and possibly your spam folder. After placing your order, you should have received an order confirmation from us detailing the process. Typically, you will need to send your second-month invoice along with the TK-World order number (TKW number) to the email address provided in the order confirmation within a specified period. You may also need to pay for the hardware if applicable. Afterward, you will receive your cashback or credit to your specified bank account or the hardware will be delivered to your provided address.

When will my hardware arrive?
If you have paid for the hardware (e.g., your FRITZ!Box) within the specified timeframe and submitted all required documents to us or our partner on time, we will ship your requested hardware as soon as possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email. Please also check your spam folder.
