We provide well-chosen incentives for physical, digital, or monetary rewards and also handle the processing towards customers, partners, and providers. Occasion-based incentives are also part of our daily operations.
Partner Network
Over the years, we have built a diverse and dynamic partner network, which we organize and coordinate. In this role, we act as a bridge builder, providing partners with all necessary editorial and technical information, offering product and technology training, and managing campaigns and offer design.
Geotargeting
Shop and brand-related search queries are increasing. Consequently, the importance of search engine optimization (SEO/SEA) measures is growing, which we have been implementing for our partners for years. For example, our anschlussberater operates with the principle of locally optimized landing pages.
Fullfillment
We are not just a distributor; we handle the entire order processing and go a step further. Our Order Team rectifies faulty orders and also manages cancellations. Our marketing department manages campaigns and works closely with the sales team, who are dedicated to personally supporting each partner and network operator with passion.
Booking System SmartOrderPro
Everything in One Place. SmartOrderPro is our central booking system for retail, into which individual order entry portals can be integrated. An integrated branch system with the capability for multi-level billing is the ideal addition for larger partners. Quickly, easily, and smartly, tariffs, options, hardware, and incentives can be combined with just a few clicks.

We consciously chose not to rely on just one approach but to operate across channels, both online and offline, to address the needs and target audiences of each provider and partner and to meet the wishes of end customers equally.

Our multi-campaign capable, multilingual white-label shop system with custom interface integrations for availability checks makes the pre-marketing of fiber optic products, as well as cross-selling campaigns and product recommendations, a breeze—for every target audience and in (almost) every language.

Telekom
The former founders of TK-World AG were able to establish a direct business relationship with Telekom 30 years ago, which we as TK-World have maintained throughout our entire existence, for example through joint trade fair appearances at the dmexo. The common goal has always been network marketing. Together we have several million successfully implemented customers and can look back on many successful projects in cooperation with our subsidiary spectrum8. The MagentaEINS project in particular stands out, in which we established the connection between mobile and landline networks and were also able to successfully pass the auditing process for data protection approval. We are proud that we are the first distributor to map a smooth fiber optic pre-marketing process together with Telekom. Numerous existing customer projects also run through us. We have also achieved joint success in the business customer sector.
Vodafone
TK-World and Vodafone have a long history. As the largest distributor, we already marketed unitymedia, but we also received numerous orders under the Vodafone umbrella with Kabel Deutschland and KBW, thus expanding our specialist retail roots. We were able to launch our own white label shop for our own Vodafone marketing channel, digital new eBiz. We also deal with various other major issues. Among other things, we handle the shipping of advertising material to our partners ourselves. Since 2019, we have been able to expand our portfolio to include Vodafone’s mobile communications offering and its secondary brands. In regular audits, we receive data protection approval for marketing in digital sales. Data processing is therefore transparent and takes place 100% in Germany, which is an enormous advantage.
1&1 | Versatel
As TK-World, we are one of the largest 1&1 distributors. We also offer this network operator a white label shop for online marketing with its own interface. Another focus of our collaboration is partner management. For joint campaigns, incentives, events and roadshows, we not only take care of the planning, but are also responsible for implementation, communication and follow-up. Thanks to our central logistics, physical incentives such as hardware bundles can also be implemented without any problems. We are even the very first cooperating distributor for 1&1 Versatel.

We act as a (digital head office) for partner sales for Deutsche Telekom’s second brand. The cooperation has so far enabled us to run special promotions and operate our own shops. Another key topic, which lies in the affiliate area, is also covered by our site.

We have also been the digital headend for O2/Telefónica in the landline and mobile communications sector for many years. For the telecommunications company, we do not function as a distributor, but primarily as a network. We reliably implement incentives and our own transparent billing for platforms and partners.
otelo
In 2023 we were able to launch our otelo White Label Shop, with which we successfully market via the Vodafone interface (USP). Here we act as “Man in the middle” and implement the sometimes complex shopping cart logic with our systems and processes. We also manage campaigns and advertising materials for our specialist retail partners.
yourfone
We have been working with the leading Drillisch brand yourfone since 2013. Our focus here is on specialist retailers, for which we have already been able to implement a wide range of campaigns and incentives. The work of our sales department in particular has enabled us to create added value and synergies, for example through marketing to existing customers.
PYÜR
By working with the Berlin-based sales brand PŸUR, we were also able to expand geographically. Here, too, the core of the network marketing is the specialist trade, which serves both areas – private and business customers. PŸUR is a large and relevant point of contact, especially for the issue of ancillary costs privilege, which will be very important in 2024.
Deutsche Glasfaser
TK-World is a fiber optic hub. As the first distributor, we will be introducing Deutsche Glasfaser to specialist retailers and supporting them in onboarding complex fiber optic marketing. With our white label shop system, another online shop for specialist retailers is already being planned. We are continuing to pursue our omnichannel concept. Since our collaboration with Deutsche Glasfaser has only just begun, we are looking forward to a future full of new challenges and opportunities.
