From now on, the Telekom router credit must be activated in the MeinMagenta app.

€100 router credit

New Telekom customers who order a router for a fee when signing up for a MagentaZuhause plan will receive a €100 credit. Starting July 1, 2026, customers will need to activate the router credit themselves via the MeinMagenta app.

Please note: The redemption must take place after receiving the first invoice and within 2 months (62 days) of the plan being activated. The credit will appear on one of your next Telekom invoices. Cash payment is not available. The customer will also receive instructions on how to activate the plan via the MeinMagentaApp on their order confirmation.

Here’s how it works:

1. Sign up for a Telekom broadband plan with a rental router (fee applies).
2. Install the MeinMagenta app and sign in with your Telekom login credentials.
3. Click the “Redeem Cashback / Credit” button and follow the remaining steps. (Important: In the “Date of Your Order” field, enter the date from the order confirmation.)
4. A confirmation of receipt will then be sent.
5. Once the application has been approved, your customer will receive a confirmation via email, and the €100 will be credited to one of their upcoming Telekom bills.
