At the start of the new month, Deutsche Glasfaser will be introducing some changes. However, despite these adjustments, one thing will remain the same: Monthly rates will not change starting with the 13th month, and in many cases, the fiber-optic connection will remain free of charge. Existing customers will keep their current rate as long as they do not switch products.
Adjustment of Starting Prices
The monthly introductory price for the first 12 months will increase to €29.99 per month (previously €24.99 per month). The setup fee has also been raised: Instead of €69.99, the fee is now €79.99.
New Online Bonus
The online bonus now applies only to DG giga 1,000 and, furthermore, can only be booked as part of the standard campaign. Consequently, the online bonus is not available in the BVM and NVM promotional campaigns.
Price Updates on waipu.tv
To complement their fiber-optic service plan, customers can add a waipu.tv plan through Deutsche Glasfaser. With waipu.tv, customers can choose between two top-tier TV packages featuring an enormous variety of channels, vast media libraries, and outstanding streaming options.
