When your customers sign up for a new cell phone contract (primary line) with a 24-month minimum contract term, they’ll receive cashback deposited into their checking account for the MagentaMobil XS through XL plans. Registration is only available through the MeinMagenta app.

Cashback tiers:

• MagentaMobil XS and S: €120 cashback
• MagentaMobil M through XL: €240 cashback

Here’s how it works:

1. Your customer can claim the cashback credit from now until June 2, 2027, In the MeinMagenta app, go to “Bills,” click “Redeem Cashback,” and have the bonus credited to your account
2. The customer registers by providing their name, address, and email address.
3. After successful registration, the customer will receive an automatic confirmation email.
4. Once their application has been successfully reviewed, they will be notified. The transfer to their checking account may take up to 6 weeks. If the application is rejected, the customer will also be informed of the reason and may re-register if necessary.
