Did you know? The personalized yourfone service PIN has replaced the previous hotline password, which is no longer requested when contacting customer service by phone. When signing a contract, customers receive an initial, temporary password, which must be changed after their first login to the yourfone Service World at https://service.yourfone.de/ using their username (their phone number). In the Service World, yourfone customers can then also set their personalized Service PIN. Going forward, your customers will use the Service PIN to identify themselves when making phone inquiries to the hotline.
