Family-friendly company 2025
TK-World AG has once again been awarded the “Family-friendly company in the Paderborn district” seal of approval – and we couldn’t be prouder! We were delighted to receive the award back in 2019. Now, a few years and many new measures later, we have official confirmation: When it comes to family, work and care, we can offer flexible solutions that are important both for all employees and for us as a company.
While two inspectors visited us in person in 2019, this year we were able to score points through a questionnaire, a presentation and personal interviews. Our HR manager Anja Schnall was able to convincingly present the measures and further developments of our company to a jury and thus made a major contribution to winning this award.
Why family friendliness is so important to us
For us, family-friendliness is more than just a fancy certificate on the wall. CEO Kai-Uwe Flormann emphasizes: “This means a lot to me personally – but above all to all of us who work day in, day out to reconcile work and family life.”
We want everyone at TK-World to enjoy their job, have enough freedom for their private life and receive support when it matters.

About the award
Since 2017, 111 companies have already received the award. It is awarded every two years by the Kompetenzzentrum Frau und Beruf OWL in cooperation with the district of Paderborn and other partners such as the Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the Chamber of Crafts.
