Inauguration of the building extension
The new floors of our company building at Oberes Feld 6 in Paderborn were officially inaugurated on 29.08.2025. Fittingly, the celebration took place directly in the newly created event room with adjoining seminar room.
In addition to the employees of TK-World, spectrum8, ROBIOTIC and HK.DIGITAL, all of whom are based at Oberes Feld, we also welcomed long-standing companions and guests from the worlds of culture and politics. Among others, the mayoral candidates Stefan-Oliver Strate (CDU), Frank Wolters (Die Grünen) and Alexander Senn (FDP) took part.
After the speeches by Managing Directors Kai-Uwe Flormann and Ralf Krippner, Dr. Marco Trienes (Managing Director of Wirtschaftsförderungsgesellschaft Paderborn) addressed a few words to TK-World AG on behalf of Mayor Michael Dreier: “The connection between TK-World and the city of Paderborn has grown – and it remains strong.”
The project was implemented together with the Ackemann planning office from Bad Lippspringe. Following the planning phase in 2022, construction work began in the fall of 2023 and has now been successfully completed. At the end of the ceremony, Joachim Ackemann symbolically handed over the key to Kai-Uwe Flormann.
Summer party
In the afternoon, the TK World site also opened up for our traditional summer party with employees, their families and friends. The weather was kind, so that all the activities could be carried out in the sunshine. For the children, there was a basketball court, arts and crafts and an XXL bouncy castle. The adults also got their money’s worth: whether playing badminton, volleyball, table tennis or enjoying a cool drink in a convivial atmosphere. A special highlight was the inflatable human table football, which provided plenty of excitement – congratulations once again to the “Kids” team, who confidently beat all their opponents.
We can look back on an all-round successful day and would like to thank all our guests and supporters. Special thanks go to the numerous helpers, without whom both events would not have been possible!
We look forward to seeing you again – be it at the next summer party or at our big 25th company anniversary, which is already casting its shadow.
