The yourfone order entry tool OTOS is getting a new look: Here’s what you need to know!

The New OTOS

yourfone wants to make your day-to-day business operations even more efficient and has upgraded the OTOS order entry tool to help you do just that. A fresh new look, a clear layout, and intuitive operation ensure that, as a yourfone partner, you can enter orders for your customers even more easily and are guided step by step through the ordering process. You’ll also benefit from important links and additional information to help you market your services successfully.

First things first: Your login information remains the same. You can log in as usual use this link using your merchant ID, username, and personal password.

After logging in, you’ll see a redesigned home page featuring yourfone news, contact options, and useful links—such as those to yourfone promotional materials, the OTOS manual, or current hardware terms and conditions.

A streamlined navigation bar at the top of the page easily guides you to contract entry (such as a new contract or contract renewal), relevant reports, and transactions that provide information about the shopping cart or activation status.

In your personal account area, you’ll now also find the option to set a (new) password or enable two-factor authentication.
