From now on, your 1&1 customers can choose between the classic variant and the new, optional 24+24 contract model for 1&1 broadband tariffs.
New 24 + 24 month contract model
There are now even more ways to save when booking a 1&1 DSL or fiber optic tariff. 1&1 customers have the choice of either opting for the standard term of 24 months with the standard prices, or choosing the optional, longer term model with a total of 48 months to secure a permanent loyalty advantage.
With the new contract model, contracts are therefore valid for 24 months beyond the standard 24-month minimum contract term. With the loyalty benefit, these customers benefit from a reduced monthly basic fee from the 11th month of the contract. If the contract is nevertheless terminated after 24 months, the loyalty benefit of €10/month must be repaid to 1&1 from the 11th month (e.g. €140 if the contract is terminated after exactly 24 months). Alternatively, the contract can be terminated at any time after 48 months without having to repay the loyalty bonus.
These are the prices for the 24 + 24 month contract model incl. €10 loyalty benefit:
- DSL 16: 9.99 €/month; from the 11th month 24.99 €/month (instead of 34.99 €/month)
- DSL 50: 9.99 €/month; from the 11th month 29.99 €/month (instead of 39.99 €/month)
- DSL 100: 9.99 €/month; from the 11th month 29.99 €/month (instead of 39.99 €/month)
- DSL 250: 9.99 €/month; from the 11th month 34.99 €/month (instead of 44.99 €/month)
- Fiber 50: 9.99 €/month; from the 11th month 29.99 €/month (instead of 39.99 €/month)
- Fiber 150: 9.99 €/month; from the 11th month 29.99 €/month (instead of 39.99 €/month)
- Fiber 300: €9.99/month; from the 11th month €34.99/month (instead of €44.99/month)
- Fiber 600: €9.99/month; from the 11th month €49.99/month (instead of €59.99/month)
- Fiber 1000: 9.99 €/month; from the 11th month 59.99 €/month (instead of 69.99 €/month)
