From August 3 to August 31, 2026, your customers will pay just €9.99/month for the DG Giga 1000 under the NVM plan and just €29.99/month for all other plans during the first year.

Tariff change guarantee: Are your customers undecided? Then they have the option of contacting Customer Care during the first 12 months after technical activation and, if desired, having a downgrade deposited as part of the tariff change guarantee.

This allows your customers to use the DG giga 1000 for one year at a preferential price, keep it or safely downgrade to the previously discontinued tariff on the 13th month.

In addition to attractive plans for residential customers, Deutsche Glasfaser also offers robust solutions for self-employed individuals and businesses. With the DG Professional plans, your customer will receive top terms from August 1–31, 2026: For the first 12 months , they’ll pay €29.99 for any DG Professional plan and will also receive a starting credit based on the plan. This promotion applies only to tree sales (BVM) and post-harvest sales (NVM).

Business customers also benefit from the Deutsche Glasfaser switching guarantee: During the first 12 months, the customer can test the tariff and, if desired, downgrade to a lower tariff from the 13th month onwards. This does not change the contract term.
