Permanent prices or discount months?
From 05.01.2025, customers can decide when taking out a new DSL or fiber optic tariff whether they want to choose the “discount months” contract model with 10 discounted months from € 9.99 or whether they want to benefit permanently from a low fixed price with the “permanent price” contract model. Both contract models bind the customer with a 24-month minimum contract term.
At the same time, 1&1 promises uninterrupted switching for all tariffs with a contract term with the “1&1 Easy Switch”. The 1&1 Easy Switch is guaranteed for all Internetand mobile tariffs. If the promise is not kept, your customer will receive €100. Perfect for customers who want to take out a new tariff without having to go to a lot of trouble!
