All important information about the price adjustment:
From 01.10.2025, Deutsche Telekom will adjust the general terms and conditions prices for residential broadband connections +1 € per month (gross).
What does that mean for you as a partner? The price adjustment affects all newly concluded contracts – both in new business and in the event of a product change in the existing portfolio (New/New, We/New, We/We, VVL). Existing customers will of course retain their conditions.
Contracts already concluded with connections that have not yet been switched (e.g. fiber optic expansion) are not affected. The conditions valid at the time of conclusion always apply.
Which tariffs are affected?
- MagentaZuhause incl. Young
- MagentaZuhause (Regio) incl. Young
- MagentaTV incl. Young
- Fiber optic tariffs
- Zuhause Sofort (fiber optic transition tariff)
MagentaZuhause Basic, MagentaZuhause Basic Hybrid and all business customer tariffs are excluded.
Why this adjustment?
In recent years, Telekom has largely managed to absorb rising costs. However, due to the general increase in costs, a moderate price adjustment is unavoidable for economic reasons. With the moderate increase of €1 per month, Telekom is ensuring that it can continue to invest in network expansion, stability and service.
