The 1&1 Christmas party is a celebration that we look forward to every year.
1&1 barbecue Christmas party in Cologne
Together with our 1&1 dealers and employees of 1&1 and TK-World AG, we prepared a 6-course menu yesterday (22.11.2024) at SANTOS Grillschule in Cologne. From tuna and salmon to beef and lamb to mushrooms and seasonal vegetables, there were numerous delicacies – nobody went home (or to the hotel bar) hungry yesterday. We were able to enjoy this menu:
- Course: Amuse-Gueule: Short ribs from the smoker
- Course: Tuna tasting / seaweed salad / wasabi dip
- Course: Pulled salmon burger / lime mayo / onion baguette
- Course: Lamb shank fresh herbs / seasonal mushrooms from the cast iron pan
- Course: Dry aged saddle of beef / seasonal grilled vegetables
- Course: Blueberry tartelette from the cedar plank / egg topping
In a relaxed atmosphere, we were able to make new contacts or catch up with old acquaintances, which is always a very valuable experience. All in all, we can look back on a really successful evening and end to the year. Thanks to everyone who was there!
