Tariff change guarantee: Are your customers undecided? Then they have the option of contacting Customer Care during the first 12 months after technical activation and, if desired, having a downgrade deposited as part of the tariff change guarantee.

This allows your customers to use the DG giga 1000 for one year at a preferential price, keep it or safely downgrade to the previously discontinued tariff on the 13th month.

Good news: The existing Deutsche Glasfaser promotion for new customers in the construction marketing phase has been extended again. Until 28.02.2026 31.03.2026 30.04.2026, customers pay just €14.99/month for any tariff in the BVM – e.g. for the DG Giga with up to 1,000 Mbit/s.

Business Fiber: 6 months € 0 in all DG Professional tariffs

In addition to attractive tariffs for private customers, Deutsche Glasfaser also offers strong solutions for the self-employed and companies. With the DG Professional tariffs, your customer will receive top conditions from 01-30.04.2026: In the first 6 months , they pay just €0.00 for each DG Professional tariff. From the 7th – 12th month €24.99/month. The promotion only applies to tree marketing (BVM) and post-marketing (NVM).

Business customers also benefit from the Deutsche Glasfaser switching guarantee: During the first 12 months, the customer can test the tariff and, if desired, downgrade to a lower tariff from the 13th month onwards. This does not change the contract term.
